All smaller items are sent via DPD Next Day Delivery, complete with tracking information so you can monitor your orderβs progress.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed before 3pm (MondayβThursday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Larger furniture and bulky items are delivered using our professional two-man delivery service to ensure safe handling and placement in your home.
No tracking details are provided for these deliveries; however, you will receive:
A confirmation email once your delivery date has been scheduled.
A phone call from our team confirming your delivery date and timeslot.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, youβll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcelβs journey. For a Larger 2 man delivery service, Tracking details will not be supplied but will be kept upto date of date & ETA.

If Youβre Not Home at Delivery

If no one is available to accept the delivery, couriers may:
Leave your parcel in a safe location (if specified by you).

Larger Goods will be returned back to our warehouse, and will require you to contact us to arrange a Redelivery & additional Delivery charge
