At Fi Interiors Ltd, we offer a range of flexible and secure payment options to make your purchasing experience as smooth as possible. These payment options are also available for surcharge areas, whether you are covering delivery surcharges or purchasing any products through our website.

We understand that customers can sometimes feel hesitant when making payments online due to past experiences. That’s why we’ve implemented trusted and secure payment methods to give you complete confidence when placing your order.

To proceed with your purchase, a deposit is required. This confirms your commitment to the order and your acceptance of our terms and conditions. For made-to-manufacture products, deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits may also be paid via bank transfer (BAQS).

As with all manufacturing businesses, costs are incurred as soon as production is scheduled. Therefore, if an order is cancelled after 24 hours of being placed, the deposit will not be refunded.

Once your deposit is received, we aim to begin production promptly to meet the agreed timeframe between buyer and seller. We prioritise efficiency and clear communication to ensure a smooth and reliable service from start to finish.

A confirmation email will be sent once your deposit has been successfully received.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address, contact number, and full product details. These can be submitted via email on info@filinteriors.co.uk to our team and will be added to your order notes during the final stage of checkout.

Fi Interiors Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

At Fi Interiors, we take pride in ensuring your order is handled with care, efficiency, and transparency. Whether your item is handcrafted, made-to-order, or in stock, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

 

Order Processing

 

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

 

Standard orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.

 

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.

 

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.

 

During busy or sale periods, processing may take longer — we appreciate your patience.

 

 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the items purchased and an estimated timescale for dispatch and delivery (especially for bespoke or made-to-order pieces).

 

Delivery Timelines

 

Small Items

 

Delivered within 7–10 working days from dispatch.

 

Large Furniture & Two-Man Deliveries

 

Larger items requiring a two-person delivery service typically take up to 3 weeks from the date of order.

For bespoke or made-to-order items, delivery times may vary depending on production lead times. You will be kept informed of your item’s progress throughout. Usually within 3-4 weeks

Delivery Updates

 

Customers are updated throughout the process — from confirmation to delivery scheduling.

 

We will contact you 7 days before delivery to confirm your date and ensure access details are correct.

 

For larger deliveries, our two-man delivery partners will provide a confirmed delivery window prior to arrival.

We will provide Date for delivery & a 3 Hour timeslot

On the day of the delivery, The courier will contact you at least 1 hour prior to arrival with a ETA.

 

Delivery Service & Costs

 

At Fi Interiors, we offer reliable delivery options to ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently. Our delivery services are tailored depending on the size and nature of your order.

 

Smaller Items

Courier: DPD

Service: Next Day Delivery (once dispatched)

Cost: £15

 

Details:

All smaller items are sent via DPD Next Day Delivery, complete with tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Thursday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

 

Large Items 

Two-Man Delivery Service (£65)

Service Timeframe: Up to 3–4 weeks (depending on location and item type)

Cost: Calculated at checkout or quoted individually for bespoke furniture

Details:

 

Larger furniture and bulky items are delivered using our professional two-man delivery service to ensure safe handling and placement in your home.

No tracking details are provided for these deliveries; however, you will receive:

A confirmation email once your delivery date has been scheduled.

A phone call from our team confirming your delivery date and timeslot.

Available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

 

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are payable directly to the courier prior to delivery.

We cannot estimate these charges as they vary by country.

Please allow up to 10 working days for customs processing.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey. For a Larger 2 man delivery service, Tracking details will not be supplied but will be kept upto date of date & ETA.

 

If You’re Not Home at Delivery

 

If no one is available to accept the delivery, couriers may:

Leave your parcel in a safe location (if specified by you).

Or

Larger Goods will be returned back to our warehouse, and will require you to contact us to arrange a Redelivery & additional Delivery charge

 

Please note: Fi Interiors cannot be held responsible for parcels once marked as delivered to your chosen safe place.

 

Delays & Exceptions

 

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to:

Courier network issues,

Severe weather, or

Factors beyond our control.

 

In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
