DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please be aware that all Dubai Collection sofas have a manufacturing and delivery time of 10-12 weeks. In the event of any delays, we will notify you via phone or email. Once your order is placed, we will begin the manufacturing process, but before proceeding, we will require a confirmation from you via phone or email to ensure the correct style, product color, and fabric details are selected. However, we do have some popular colors in stock, which can be found in our sales section. For more information on available options, please feel free to email us or initiate a chat on our website.
RECOMMENED FITTING GUIDE
For these sofas we advise to have a minimum door width of 30" wide. Our courier company will not take doors or windows out on the day and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the sofas fit through the door and into the room of choice without any obstruction. Our team are ready to assist to ensure there will be no problems when the order is placed

Delivery Timescale:
Beds - 3 to 4 weeks
Sofa - 5 to 6 weeks (Dubai Sofa Collection 10-12 weeks)
Dubai Sofa Collection - Minimum 12 weeks due to shipping lines. Sometime it can be slightly more depending on shipping companies and how they operate at that particular time of order
Dining Set – 3 to 4 weeks
Barstools - 2 to 3 weeks ( Delivered next day if it's in stock)
Important Notice:
Please remove any obstacles prior to the drivers delivering your furniture as it is customers responsibility to ensure the driver has enough room for their items to be delivered in the room of their choice without anything obstructing them. This includes the following:
wall arts, mirrors, shoe shelves, chandeliers, doors (if too narrow), anything else which could be a safety hazard especially when it comes to delivering larger furniture

F I Interiors Limited offers an outsources its delivery service for customers located within mainland UK. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. We occasionally have deliveries towards Northern Ireland, can be a 6 week waiting time.
Please contact us before placing an order. It is important to note that the drivers who deliver the products are not responsible for the assembling of the furniture nor the removal of the consumer’s old furniture
If the consumers old furniture has been organised for removal but the furniture isn’t disassembled then it will not be removed
In this case you will not lose the fee you have paid as specialised courier is used to deliver/assembly

It is always better to email us at tfcimports@gmail.com find out if there is an extra delivery charge to the delivery location. If orders are placed and are out of the delivery radius, there will be an additional delivery charge. If orders are placed and we are unable to deliver to the designated location, the consumer is entitled to a full refund unless products are special orders or made-to-manufacture products, diamante collection beds or a fabric sofa. These items will not be refunded.

All goods must be checked to ensure that it is exactly what was ordered, the right colour and if the goods are all intact and unopened unless stated otherwise. Goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over upon delivery.
If for any reason products are damaged, delivery should be rejected and not signed for. If for any reason goods are not checked and are found to be damaged the consumer will be liable to pay an additional carriage fee for the couriers to collect the products or will be responsible to bring the products back to the manufacturer for them to be replaced. The consumer should ensure that the items have adequate and appropriate packaging.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are given to the consumer once the order has been processed. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. F I Interiors Limited shall not be held accountable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
We recommend that the consumer makes their own arrangements to assemble the furniture once the order has been delivered. Prior arrangement has to be made with a member of staff to arrange assistance in the assembling and setting up of furniture items at an additional charge. The risk of loss and damage of products passes the consumer on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
F I Interiors Limited uses an external logistics team that will only deliver to the consumer’s door. There is an additional charge to take furniture upstairs and can be arranged prior to the delivery. We are not responsible for any furniture that does not fit through the desired location. If furniture does not fit into the customer’s house, the customer is liable and will have to pay the delivery charge as well as an additional penalty charge of £100. It is imperative that the consumer ensures that the furniture will fit into the desired location before the arrival of the goods to avoid incurring costs and inconvenience
Please be aware that the drivers are not insured to take any items into the threshold of your property. In the unlikely event that you need to raise a complaint regarding damage caused to your property following a delivery attempt, this complaint must be made directly to the delivery agent. F I Interiors Ltd cannot be held responsible for this
Sofas will be delivered to the door of the property. If customer insists and in order to establish excellent customer service and drivers are forced then the customer is liable for any damaged on the product. If the customer refuses to pay for products at the door then other measures will be put into place to recover the outstanding balance. Please ensure passengers and doorways are clear. F I Interiors Limited logistics firm are not held responsible for any damages what so ever
If a date of delivery is given to a customer and the customer refuses then it will be rescheduled for the second time. If the delivery is refused for the second time then it will be rescheduled for the 3rd time. On the 3rd attempt an extra £50 delivery charge will be added. Product will not be delivered unless this charge is paid
The customer has to sign the good received note at the time of delivery. If the customer refuses then the goods will be returned back to the company. A redelivery charge will be applicable. The customer is responsible to check all goods before signing the good received note. If you find issues after receiving the goods received note then it will make it difficult to claim for damaged. So Please check goods at the time of delivery
If a problem arises at the time of delivery. Please do not use the goods. If goods are used then they cant be returned due to Health & Safety Guidelines
If there is an outstanding balance on your order please arrange payment before delivery. The ownership remains with F I Interiors Ltd until the goods have been paid for in full
