MOST ITEMS WE SELL ARE VERY LARGE AND HEAVY. WE USE A 2-MAN DELVERY SERVICE THAT DELIVER ONLY TO THE GROUND FLOOR TO THE ROOM OF YOUR CHOICE. NO ITEM CAN BE TAKEN UPSTAIRS

 

Delivery Chargers:

Sofa - £60

Beds - £40

Dining Set - £60

1 x Dining Chair = £20

 

Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 14 days from delivery and signed acceptance of your item. If 14 days have gone by after your purchase has been delivered and signed for, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless in exceptional circumstances agreed by management. This does not apply to any bespoke/made to order items where we do not offer refunds 

 

MADE TO ORDER BESPOKE ITEMS

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON MADE TO MANUFACTURE PRODUCTS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED (USUALLY WITHIN 1-2 WORKING DAYS FROM ORDERING)

Most of the products we sell are made to manufacture so please ask before purchasing

If an order has been cancelled and a made to order bespoke item is in any stage of manufacture, then the deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE

How Payment Works

They are 3 ways a customer can pay:

  • Bank Transfer to company account

 

 

  • Pay a deposit via bank transfer or website and the rest cash on delivery

 

  • Pay full balance on the website

Fabric Buttons or Diamonds – Customer gets to choose as an option when ordering 

Material – Plush Velvet, Crushed Velvet, Naples

Headboard Height – Comes standard as 50 inches approximately but If they want higher, 60 inches would cost additional £60

Storage –Slatted ottoman storage – Single = £90, Double & King size = £100, Super King = £120

Divan base storage – Extra £200 on top of the bed price
